Our subscription is month to month. You can cancel future renewal through your account billing portal.
paststorms.com offers a monthly unlimited reports subscription. Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law or where we determine a refund is appropriate at our discretion.
You may cancel your subscription through the account billing controls. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period.
If you believe you were charged in error or could not access the service because of a platform issue, contact us promptly with your account email and charge date. We will review the issue and determine whether a refund, credit, or other remedy is appropriate.
Refunds are not guaranteed because a report does not show the storm history a user expected, because public/source records are incomplete or inaccurate, or because a property did or did not experience damage.
