By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, accessing reports, or using paststorms.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and all posted policies, including the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer / Data Accuracy Notice.

2. Informational Use Only

Reports are provided for informational screening and research support only. They are not professional engineering, meteorological, insurance, legal, real estate, safety, or financial advice. You must not rely on the service as the sole basis for any property, underwriting, insurance, purchase, sale, repair, safety, or evacuation decision.

3. Account and Subscription

The service offers an unlimited monthly subscription. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your password, and all activity under your account. Subscription billing is handled by Stripe and renews monthly until canceled.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not scrape, resell, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the service.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
• Do not represent reports as verified property damage determinations or official hazard certifications.

5. No Warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete data, precise geocoding, exact storm footprints, or error-free reports.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, paststorms.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, economic, property, business, personal injury, or other damages arising from use of or reliance on the service.

7. Changes

We may update the service, pricing, features, data sources, and these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
